Delivery & Service Areas

ADX Depot delivers to metropolitan Adelaide and major regional cities in South Australia, as well as metropolitan Brisbane and regional Queensland. For more information, you can view our delivery maps here.

Absolutely, we can arrange for delivery to any state across Australia. Outside of states with depots, we most commonly delivery to Northern Territory.

ADX Depot offers a range of express and speciality delivery options. In South Australia, we offer 60-minute express, 90-minute express, 24/7 delivery and crane truck deliveries. In Queensland, we offer a 2-hour express service, 24/7 delivery, crane truck and manitou fork unloads.

Delivery cost depends on order size, product type, and delivery location. For our standard delivery rates, you can refer to our delivery charges map for South Australia here.

For standard stock items, we can deliver these within 2 hours in Adelaide and 4-6 hours in Queensland.

Yes, you can – ADX Depot offers express delivery options, as well as a 24/7 delivery service. You can discuss this with your account manager.

It’s simple! In South Australia, if your standard delivery isn’t on-site within 2 hours from placing the order, we waive the freight charge! For Queensland standard deliveries, your freight is free if it’s not on-site the same day. Terms & conditions apply.

Yes, our products meet relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS) and National Construction Code (NCC) requirements. 

Yes, ADX Depot products are covered by a general 10-year warranty (limited to the manufacturer warranty), with terms varying by product type. Our METINNO products come with a 30-year warranty. Terms & Conditions apply.

Returns may be accepted only in limited circumstances for purchased stock items (excluding special or manufactured orders), provided goods are in original condition. All returns are subject to management approval and may incur pickup, restocking, and handling fees. Refer to the full Terms & Conditions here.

Notify us of the damage at the time of receiving the goods, and we will immediately arrange for a replacement.
