Fire Insulation
Made from natural mineralised rock fibres, Party Wall Bats are used as fire protection in party or separating wall constructions between adjacent tenancies (Class 1 buildings). They are installed between the top of a party wall and the roofing membrane to provide excellent resistance to shrinkage at high temperatures.

Builders Hints
- Ensure material is compressed >10% when installing.
- Fire Strips are used to fill voids around ductwork and other penetrations in a fire rated partition.
- It is recommended that Fire Stop Party Wall batts be compression fitted when installing.
