The Original Coopers Alehouse

The Original Coopers Alehouse has completed a modern development, opening up and enhancing the historic style of the Arnou dining room and adjacent front-bar. Home to a new wood fired oven, the dining room now features an artistically designed Austratus timber feature ceiling, supplied by ADX Depot, where the skilful workmanship of Pasa Building was demonstrated due to the heritage building not being perfectly square. The restorative transformation by BB Architects has added warmth and improved acoustics creating a dining experience that patrons will enjoy while maintaining the essence of the original 1879 construction.
