    Visits site to discuss any challenges regarding access and restricted access, proposing solutions within the delivery fleet’s capabilties

    • Deep knowledge of all ADX vehicles, allowing for informed recommendations to any site challenge
    • Multiple visits over the project to make sure things are running smoothly

    Plans for special items early

    Flags special-size products and checks for restrictions, like service lifts on high-rise buildings, before they cause delays.

    • Finds time that can be saved onsite
    • Forecasts and maintains the schedule for these items

    Coordinates delivery

    Works out delivery schedules for standard stock and special items, including multi-truck runs, crane lifts or other special delivery requirements. Aluminium runs on its own dedicated schedule.

    Sorts the packaging

    Ensures materials are suitably packaged to meet site requirements, for example:

    • Multi-unit packaging for multi-level buildings
    • Sectional area requirement instructions
    • Special pack sizes with restrictions i.e. weight or sizes

    Walks it through with you

    A final walkthrough at the end of the project, followed by a coffee and a conversation about what worked and what to improve next time.
