Mellor Olsson Lawyers Office Fitout

Pirie House, 89 Pirie Street

Melbourne’s Pelligra has begun a multimillion-dollar refurbishment of Adelaide’s historic Pirie House. A new home to Mellor Olsson Lawyers, these 2 floors of this magnificent building have been tastefully designed by PACT Architects. A mixture of raw textures and materials in the entrance create a modern and elite first impression which continues throughout the entire fitout. The use of AMF Thermatex Thermfon mineral fibre ceiling tiles, combined with Knauf Designpanel perforated plasterboard, ensures acoustic control in the large open office spaces and board rooms whilst adding to the symmetrical design with circular perforations. The two levels are connected by an impressive staircase lined with warm vertical timber feature fins. Adding contrast to the soft curves and tones is black powder coated Metinno Aluminium Partitioning, fabricated by ADX Depot. ADX Depot worked closely with the team at Pelligra and their contractors to ensure the delivery of the materials required for this project were completed within the tight time frame.
