Siniat Watershield is a water-resistant plasterboard for walls and ceilings in internal wet areas such as bathrooms, showers, toilets and laundries. It has a gypsum core lined with recycled blue paper and makes a good substrate for tiles. It can also line the walls of indoor swimming pools, provided a waterproof membrane is applied over it.

Watershield protects framing members against water damage. It’s easier to install and repair than fibre cement linings, with a lower risk of cracking and fewer control joints needed than alternatives. The smooth face is easy to paint.
